The Art of Whisky Making at Kanosuke

Kanosuke uses both new and reused casks to achieve a deep and multi-layered flavour profile. The careful selection of casks and the unique ageing process give Kanosuke whiskies their characteristic smoothness and rich, complex aromas, ranging from ripe fruit to subtle smoky notes.

Exclusive cask-strength bottlings

For those seeking something special, Kanosuke also offers exclusive cask-strength bottlings. These whiskies are bottled straight from the cask, thus retaining their full strength and intensity. They are a must for anyone wishing to experience the unadulterated essence of Japanese whisky.

Kanosuke Single Malts: A Journey Through Japan

Kanosuke’s single malts are a real treat for whisky lovers. Each bottling tells its own story and reflects the distillery’s special relationship with the surrounding natural environment. The whiskies are renowned for their harmonious balance and their diverse flavour profiles, which make them a truly distinctive delight.
