Tasting Note

In the glass, the Scavi HUGO Aperitivo presents itself as a pale, slightly sparkling straw-yellow. The aroma is dominated by floral notes of elderflower, which blend harmoniously with fresh mint and a hint of lime. On the palate, it impresses with its delicate sweetness, a pleasant acidity and a refreshing effervescence that makes it so light and easy to drink. The finish is soft, floral and features a subtle citrus note.

Scavi HUGO Aperitivo is perfect as an aperitif and can be served neat, well chilled over ice, or with a fresh mint leaf and a slice of lime. It pairs wonderfully with light starters such as antipasti, caprese or seafood. It is also an excellent choice to accompany summer salads or finger food. For those who prefer a more creative approach, it can be enhanced with a splash of soda or Prosecco to give it an even more intense effervescence.
