Henkell Blanc de Blancs Dry-Sec is an elegant, finely sparkling wine with an alcohol content of 11.5 per cent by volume, characterised by its harmonious freshness and fruit-driven style. Produced by the renowned House of Henkell – one of Europe’s most traditional sparkling wine producers – this sparkling wine combines the French tradition of grape varieties with German precision and modern cuvée craftsmanship. The term ‘Blanc de Blancs’ indicates that only white grape varieties are used in its production, which lends this sparkling wine its distinctive lightness and elegance.
It is produced using the classic Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. This preserves the freshness of the fruit and ensures a fine, lively mousse. The result is an expressive yet approachable sparkling wine with a dry but fruit-forward profile – ideal for a wide range of occasions. Tasting Note

On the palate, it is balanced, crisp and fresh with nuances of peach, pear and a subtly tart finish. The finish is pleasantly dry, clean and refreshing.
