It is made from the finest molasses and distilled at one of the oldest distilleries in the Caribbean. It is then aged for up to 18 years in ex-bourbon casks made from American oak, before being finished in Spanish sherry casks. This unique combination results in a deep, aromatically complex profile characterised by refined woody notes, dark fruits and a delicate sweetness. With an alcohol content of 40% vol., Bumbu XO impresses with its full-bodied texture, natural warmth and perfectly balanced aroma.
